The backstory
CruiseHub was founded by Marcus Tomiuk in late 2023, drawing on years of experience scaling sales teams and building customer experience at companies within Momentum Ventures. He set out to build a cruise-focused agency that combined real human expertise with the kind of care and hustle most travel companies had lost along the way.
Since launching in Q1 2024, the company has grown from 10 to 30+ people, with record breaking quarters in 2025 and 2026. You would be joining a company built on real industry experience and a genuine track record of winning, with a founder who is still hands-on every single day.
