Where do I find my cruise line confirmation number?
It is on the confirmation the cruise line sent when your booking was made, and it also appears on the booking confirmation you received from CruiseHub, labelled with the cruise line's name. It is the cruise line's own booking number, for example 74873724. Your CruiseHub reference is a separate short code and will not work in this lookup.
Whose last name should I enter?
The lead passenger's last name, meaning the first guest listed on the booking. Capitalization does not matter.
Can I change my booking online?
This lookup shows your reservation and itinerary. For changes such as dates, cabins, guests, or payments, call 1-877-733-0777 any time or send a support request, and a CruiseHub Cruise Manager will handle it with the cruise line for you.
My booking was not found. What should I do?
Double-check the confirmation number and make sure you entered the lead passenger's last name exactly as it appears on the booking. If it still does not come up, call 1-877-733-0777 and a Cruise Manager will find it for you.
Is the information I enter stored?
No. This page does not save, track, or report what you type. Your confirmation number and last name go directly to CruiseHub's secure booking system so it can show you your reservation.
