3 Redeem within 30 days of returning Submit the redemption form within 30 days after your cruise ends. Once your booking is verified, your digital card is emailed to the lead passenger, typically within 2 to 4 weeks.

Visa Prepaid Card offer

  1. The offer is valid on new, individual cruise bookings made through CruiseHub. It is not valid on canceled and rebooked reservations.
  2. The offer is available to U.S. and Canadian citizens 21 years of age or older.
  3. Card value is determined by your Total Cruise Cost as shown in the tier table on this page and cannot exceed 10% of the cruise price.
  4. To receive the card, the lead passenger submits the online redemption form within 30 days after the cruise ends. The card is issued only after you have returned from your trip.
  5. Once the booking is reviewed and verified, the digital Visa Prepaid Card is delivered to the lead passenger's email address on file, together with activation instructions, typically within 2 to 4 weeks of the submission (in most cases 8 to 10 weeks after the departure date).
  6. If the card value exceeds $1,000, a physical card may be mailed to the address on file, where applicable.
  7. Additional restrictions may apply based on the sailing, the cruise line, and availability.

Do I need to do anything when I book to get the card?

No. Every eligible new booking made through CruiseHub earns the card automatically. There is no code to enter and nothing to register before you sail. Your only step is the redemption form after you return.

How is the card amount decided?

By your total cruise fare, using the tier table on this page. A $1,000 to $1,999 booking earns $25, a $5,000 booking earns $150, and a $30,000 or higher booking earns the top tier of $1,500. The card can never exceed 10% of the cruise price.

When and how do I receive the card?

Submit the redemption form within 30 days after your cruise ends. Once your booking is verified, the digital Visa Prepaid Card is emailed to the lead passenger's address on file, typically within 2 to 4 weeks. Above $1,000 a physical card may be mailed instead, where applicable.

Does the card stack with cruise line promotions?
