MSC Seascape in Galveston

MSC Seascape moved to Galveston in November 2025 and sails a single 7-night Western Caribbean loop every Sunday: Costa Maya, Cozumel and Roatan, with three sea days. She is a 170,412-ton Seaside EVO ship with the adults-only infinity pool at the stern, the glass-floored Bridge of Sighs above it, Robotron on the top deck and the MSC Yacht Club forward. MSC prices every cabin at four experience tiers, Bella, Fantastica, Aurea and Yacht Club, so the same balcony can appear at several fares; the sailing page shows what each tier includes. She boards at Terminal 16, 1602 Harborside Drive, the terminal that opened for her in late 2025. See also every MSC cruise and our guide to what to expect on Seascape from Galveston.

Sailing from the Port of Galveston

The Port of Galveston is about an hour south of Houston down I-45 and the only cruise port in Texas. Four terminals line Harborside Drive: Terminal 10 (Royal Caribbean, the world's first net-zero-energy cruise terminal), Terminal 16 (MSC Cruises and Norwegian, opened late 2025), Terminal 25 (Carnival, plus select Princess and Norwegian sailings) and Terminal 28 (Disney). Confirm your terminal before you plan the drive, because the parking lots are terminal-specific and sold per cruise online: the Express Lot and SMP Garage sit steps from Terminals 25 and 28, Economy Lots A and B run a free shuttle, Terminal 10 has its own North and South lots, and Terminal 16 has a garage and two lots.

Flying in: Houston Hobby (HOU) is the closest airport, about 45 minutes away; Bush Intercontinental (IAH) is roughly an hour and a half. Shuttles, Uber, Lyft and flat-rate taxis serve the port, and most lines sell airport transfers. Everything else about the port, including every line and every month, is on our Cruises from Galveston page.
